For Sale by agent is an ideal way to get your listings seen by our readers.

Each property box has the location, price and small description with a feature photo and 3 thumbnails which when clicked can be enlarged. Your company logo is situated next to the link button. The links are set up to either take the viewer directly to your page on your website where this property is featured or to your company page on our website where all your listings with us are featured, along with a contact form and link to your website.

The new listing area is used for both agents and private sellers. This is positioned on the home page and is either linked to a full page description of the property, or a contact form to request more information or directly to the sellers website.

If you have a property which you wish to sell privately, this is an effective way to have your presence on the web without the expence of having a dedicated website.

Our owners package includes a box advert (see example) which is located on the home page and given to owners on a rotational basis. The property is also listed in the same format as the first example above, on a dedicated Private sale listings page and overview of properties for sale by location. In each area where your property is listed, a link is set up to your own page on the website. This is your promotional page where we create your own online brochure with email links and contact information so that all your enquiries go directly to you.

This package is 120 euros per year and includes up to 15 photos. Client supplies the images and text.

As a holiday rental owner it is important to get your property promoted and seen as much as possible and your web presence is very important to the success of your enquiry database and subsequent bookings. We offer the same package as the private owners for sale section (as above) with the exception that for each year after your first placement fee it will only cost you 49 euros renewal for each year after.

The rental calender is not included and is charged separately and tailored to the clients wishes
